Injection Machines are injection methods that involve injecting and shaping melted raw materials into a mold and cooling and removing them from the mold. Thanks to this method, plastic parts are produced in many sizes and categories, from the smallest parts to garden furniture. It is one of the most common production methods. While injecting, the plastic raw material in the form of granules is poured into the chamber on the injection group. It is fed to the heated rotary screw with resistors. With the force created by the screw rotation, the raw material melts and moves forward. The molten raw material fills the closed mold cavity with hydraulic pistons.
